To use Hookily, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you create, manage, and publish through Hookily ("User Content"). You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Abuse of the Service, including excessive API calls, attempting to reverse-engineer our platform, or interfering with the service's integrity, is strictly prohibited.

You retain full ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant Hookily a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The videos and thumbnails generated by our AI services (e.g., Google Veo 3, Gemini) are subject to the terms of those respective services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with their policies.

Hookily is a paid service with different subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions, and your use of these services is subject to their terms.

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your User Content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hookily does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hookily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
